There are times in which we are forced into extremely crowded situations, such as rush hour trains, elevators etc. In these tight environments, it is almost a crime to be forced to smell other people’s bad breath.
What causes bad breath?
There are two major categories of reasons. On the one hand, there is what we ingest, such as tobacco, alcohol and food, i.e. garlic. But other causes can be traced to health. Sick internal organs, sinus infections, periodontitis, cavities, physical mouth odors and an unhygienic mouth with lots of plaque buildup can also cause bad breath.
Whenever possible, brush regularly after meals. If not possible, at least rinse your mouth with water or tea.
